Our Story
A Family Tradition, Shared With You Nit’s Spring Rolls began with one woman’s passion for cooking. Nit Geske, originally from Thailand, moved to North Dakota with her dream of sharing her culture’s food with her new community. Joined by her daughter Carissa, the two launched a local business that has grown into a popular name at events across the region.
What started as a homemade recipe has become a beloved favorite at markets and festivals throughout Fargo and beyond. Every spring roll is hand-rolled, every sauce is made from scratch, and every bite reflects the love and tradition behind it.
